Würth Elektronik Phototransistor LEDs
Würth Elektronik Phototransistor LEDs feature high sensitivity and high reliability. The Phototransistor LEDs offer series with Chip Type, PLCC Type, and Sideview and Reverse Mounts.
The WL-STSW SMT Sideview Waterclear Phototransistor LEDs have a 1104 standard size and a wide spectral range of 400nm to 1100nm. The WL-STSW is a counterpart to the WL-SISW IR LEDs due to the same design and wavelength range. The standard design makes the WL-STSW easily implemented into existing circuit diagrams.
WL-STRB Reverse Mount Black Phototransistor LEDs are characterized by a 1206 chip package size and a daylight-blocking filter. The WL-STRB allows easy integration of existing circuit diagrams and is excellent in combination with the WL-SIRW IR LED series.
The WL-STCW SMT Waterclear and WL-STCB SMT Black Phototransistor LEDs have a chip-top view in a miniature SMT package. The WL-STCW is spectrally matched to visible and infrared emitting diodes. The WL-STCB is developed with a daylight filter and is only used for suitable infrared applications.
The WL-STTW SMT Top Waterclear and WL-STTB SMT Top Black Phototransistor LEDs offer a PLCC-2 3528 housing. The devices are available in black silicone (WL-STTB) and without a transparent silicone daylight filter (WL-STTW). The WL-STTW and the WL-STTB are ideal in combination with the WL-SITW IR LED series due to the design and the wavelength range.
