Micro Commercial Components (MCC) 40V & 60V Auto-Grade MOSFETs
Micro Commercial Components (MCC) 40V and 60V Auto-Grade MOSFETs are available in N-channel and P-channel options and deliver high power density in a compact DFN3333 package. These MOSFETs are fully AEC-Q101 qualified, operate within the -55°C to 175°C temperature range, and feature a ±20 gate-source voltage. The P-channel MOSFETs are powered by trench Low Voltage (LV) technology, and the N-channel MOSFETs are powered by Split-Gate Trench (SGT) technology. These MOSFETs exhibit a low RDS(ON), comply with Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1) standards, and are Halogen-free, Pb-free, and RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include battery management systems, DC-to-DC converters, seat controls, electric water pumps, motor drives, lighting control systems, and load switches.Features
