TSV63x Op Amps

The STMicroelectronics TSV63x dual and quad operational amplifier (op-amp) series offers low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. These op-amps offer excellent speed/power consumption ratio, providing an 880 kHz gain-bandwidth product while consuming only 60µA at 5V supply voltage. The TSV633 and TSV635 also feature an ultra-low input bias current and shutdown mode. These STMicroelectronics op-amps are ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-supplied and portable applications, and active filtering.
