Cosel HCA3500TF 3500W 3-Phase AC/DC Power Supplies feature an input voltage that covers a wide operating range of 180V_AC to 528V_AC. These fanless three-phase / three-wire units utilize energy-optimized, digitally controlled switching topology and wide bandgap (WBG) semiconductors to offer up to 94% efficiency at 400V_AC. This series is available in two output voltages: 48V_DC and 65V_DC, adjustable in a range of +15%/-50% using the trim function. The compact, low-profile design meets 1.5U height requirements, and an aluminum plate assists in conduction cooling to the dissipating element, such as a cold wall or water-cooled baseplate. For higher power applications, these Cosel HCA3500TF AC/DC power supplies can be connected in parallel, up to 10 units, to deliver up to 31.5kW. Applications include measurement and analysis equipment, machine tools, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The HCA3500TF-65 unit is also ideal for powering radio frequency power amplifiers (RFPA) and 60V Lithium-ion battery chargers.
